We have invested many hours in acquiring coaching skills with the International Coaching Federation and The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.  Over time, we have successfully executed several training programs for diverse Management Teams which focus on improving trust, communication and performance.

We are also certified Global DISC practitioner which allows us to provide GLOBAL DISC behavior and communication style assessments for our coaching clients.  This is an invaluable tool for teams to understand each others' way of communicating and lays the foundation for trust and teamwork. 

We have developed a modular program which can be tailored to fit your specific team coaching requirements.  Whether an immersive 1-3 day management retreat or a full program of 4-6 weekly sessions with you and your team, together with you we will determine how we can serve you and your team best.
